Background
Keisha Courtney is a Senior Communications Specialist at Agency, where she works across all departments, drawing on her vast experience in journalism, education, strategic marketing and communications, entrepreneurship, and brand and narrative development to advance mission-driven work.
Keisha’s background spans some of the nation’s top private schools and public education nonprofits, where she has led communications efforts that deepen engagement and drive meaningful action. She is an Emmy®-winning journalist, and her newsroom roots continue to shape her belief in the power of storytelling as a catalyst for connection, accountability, and systemic change.
Outside of her work at Agency, she sits on several nonprofit boards in the health and holistic wellness space, teaches group yoga classes, and works one-on-one with yoga therapy clients, supporting nervous system regulation, healing, and sustainable well-being.
Keisha is also a proud dog mom to a super-senior pup (17 years young).
